Summary
This study tests whether a robotic arm training program can help people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago improve their arm movement. Sixty right-handed participants with mild to moderate arm weakness will receive 15 robotic therapy sessions over three weeks, plus standard rehab. Researchers will measure changes in arm function, brain activity, and daily life impact.
