Summary
This study looks at whether changes in RNA editing can help predict how well people with depression respond to treatment. Researchers at Mayo Clinic will follow 120 adults with unipolar or bipolar depression to track RNA patterns and depression scores. The goal is to better understand the biology behind treatment response, not to test a new therapy.
