Summary
This study tests whether rivastigmine, a drug used for Alzheimer's, can help people with severe confusion and agitation caused by anticholinergic poisoning. About 42 participants aged 10 and older will receive either rivastigmine or a placebo. The goal is to see if rivastigmine shortens the time to calmness and clear thinking.
