Summary

This study tests whether rivastigmine, a drug used for Alzheimer's, can help people with severe confusion and agitation caused by poisoning from certain medications. About 42 participants aged 10 and older will receive either rivastigmine or a placebo. The goal is to see if rivastigmine speeds recovery and reduces the need for sedatives.
