Summary
This study tests if taking rimegepant before a known trigger (like exercise, alcohol, or stress) can prevent a migraine from starting. 60 adults with migraine will take the pill before their trigger and report if a headache occurs within 24 hours. The goal is to see if preemptive treatment reduces moderate-to-severe migraines.
