Summary
This study tests whether an anti-inflammatory drug called clazakizumab can improve walking speed and reduce disability in older adults. About 29 people aged 70 and older with signs of inflammation and mobility issues will receive either the drug or a placebo every 4 weeks for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking speed, physical function, and blood markers to see if the treatment helps.
