Summary
This study tested adding lenalidomide to standard chemotherapy (RICE) for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that returned after initial treatment. The goal was to improve response rates so more patients could proceed to a stem cell transplant and potentially live longer. 18 adults participated in this early-phase trial to find the safest dose and measure how well the combination worked.
