Summary

This study tested adding lenalidomide to standard chemotherapy (RICE) for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that returned after initial treatment. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors more effectively, allowing more patients to receive a stem cell transplant and potentially live longer. 18 adults participated in this early-phase trial.
