First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new three-drug combination (ribociclib, everolimus, and dexamethasone) in children and young adults up to age 30 whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand how the body processes the drugs. About 45 participants will be enrolled to see if the combination can control the disease.
