New hope for tough leukemia: drug combo trial targets relapsed ALL in kids and young adults

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a three-drug combination (ribociclib, everolimus, and dexamethasone) in children and young adults aged 1 to 30 whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand how the body processes these drugs. About 45 participants will be enrolled at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
