New hope for tough leukemia: Triple-Drug combo trial launches

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new three-drug combination (ribociclib, everolimus, and dexamethasone) in children and young adults up to age 30 whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand how the body processes these drugs. About 45 participants will be enrolled to see if this approach can help control the disease.
