Summary

This study compares two numbing techniques (RIB and PVB) to control pain after video-assisted chest surgery. Sixty adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two blocks, and their pain levels will be checked over 24 hours. The goal is to find which method works better and causes fewer side effects.
