Summary
This study looked at whether taking Rhodiola rosea for four weeks helps competitive male football players improve their physical fitness, muscle performance, and decision-making skills. Twenty-four players were randomly given either the supplement or a placebo while continuing their normal training. The goal was to see if this herb could reduce fatigue and enhance performance during high-intensity exercise.
