NCT ID NCT06912763

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests if adding medication can treat or prevent lymphedema and fibrosis—painful swelling and scarring—caused by radiation therapy in head and neck cancer survivors. About 250 participants who have finished radiation at least 6 months ago will receive one of several drugs to see which works best. The goal is to find a safe and effective way to reduce these long-term side effects.
