Doctors map hidden triggers in race to save cardiac arrest victims
NCT ID NCT05784480
Summary
This study aims to understand how often doctors can identify and treat reversible causes during out-of-hospital cardiac arrests. Researchers will observe 100 patients to see if using a structured checklist with tools like portable ultrasound helps find these causes and improves survival. The study will also measure how this process affects the emergency team's workload and the quality of resuscitation efforts.
