This study looks at how urological diseases and treatments impact patients' jobs and daily lives. Researchers will survey 2,000 adults admitted to a hospital in Poland, focusing on those having major cancer surgeries or stone procedures. Participants will report their work status and quality of life before treatment and at 3 and 6 months after. The goal is to understand recovery patterns and help design better support programs.
