First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether walking backward (retro walking) with or without a BOSU ball can improve balance and movement in children aged 8-12 who have hearing loss. 24 children will be split into two groups: one will walk backward on a BOSU ball, the other will just walk backward. Their balance and mobility will be tested before and after 8 weeks of training.
