Summary
This study tests two treatment strategies for children with retinoblastoma, a rare eye cancer. One part compares two types of chemotherapy given directly into the eye artery to see which better saves the eye. The other part looks at how well vision is preserved with standard IV chemo or local eye treatments. The goal is to control the disease while keeping the eye and as much vision as possible.
