Summary

This study looks at whether early support services can help people in Minnesota who are injured or ill stay at work or return to work sooner. About 5,200 adults who recently became unable to work due to a health issue will receive help from a team of partners. The goal is to see if this program reduces long-term disability and helps people keep their jobs.
