First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether checking kidney function less often helps heart failure patients reach higher, more effective doses of their medications safely. About 344 adults with heart failure and reduced pumping ability will be randomly assigned to either standard or reduced kidney monitoring. The goal is to improve long-term outcomes without increasing risks.
