First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether a brain stimulation device (deep brain stimulation) combined with physical therapy can improve arm weakness in people who had a stroke 1 to 6 years ago. About 202 participants will receive either the active treatment or a control. The goal is to see if the treatment leads to meaningful improvements in arm function.
