Summary
This study tests a treatment that combines deep brain stimulation with physical rehab to improve arm function in people who had a stroke 1 to 6 years ago. About 202 participants will receive either the active treatment or a control. The goal is to see if the treatment leads to meaningful improvements in arm movement and strength.
