Iron pills tested as sleep aid for kids with ADHD

Summary
This study tests whether taking iron supplements for 3 months can improve restless sleep and ADHD symptoms in children and teens. About 70 participants with ADHD, low iron levels, and sleep issues will take either iron or a placebo daily. They will wear leg bands to track sleep and complete sleep and attention tests at clinic visits.
