Iron pills may soothe restless sleep in kids with ADHD

Summary
This study tests whether taking iron supplements for 3 months can improve restless sleep and ADHD symptoms in children. About 70 kids with ADHD, low iron levels, and sleep problems will either receive iron or a placebo. They will wear leg bands to track sleep and complete attention tests before and after treatment.
