NCT ID NCT07135232

First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether resistance training (like lifting weights) and a new plant-based supplement can improve symptoms of perimenopause, such as mood, sleep, and memory problems. About 72 women aged 40-55 will take part over 12 weeks, doing home exercises and taking either the supplement or a placebo. The goal is to find a natural way to help women feel better during this life stage.
