First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving a second dose of a clot-busting drug called tenecteplase can help people having a stroke caused by a medium or large blocked artery. About 198 adults who do not improve one hour after the first dose will be randomly assigned to get either a second dose or standard care. The goal is to see if the extra dose opens the blocked vessel and leads to better recovery without increasing risks.
