Double dose hope: new stroke study aims to save more brains

Summary
This study is for people having a stroke caused by a medium or large blocked artery. If they don't get better one hour after the standard clot-busting drug, they may receive a second dose. The goal is to see if this extra dose can open the blocked vessel and improve recovery. About 198 participants will take part.
