Summary
This early-phase trial tested the safety of giving a second dose of an experimental virus (C134) directly into the brain tumor of people with recurrent malignant glioma, a fast-growing brain cancer. Only one person enrolled before the study was stopped. The goal was to see if repeat dosing was safe and tolerable.
