Summary
This study tested whether giving a second dose of an experimental virus (C134) directly into the brain tumor is safe for patients with recurrent malignant glioma, a type of aggressive brain cancer. Only one patient was enrolled before the study was stopped. The main goal was to monitor side effects and see if the virus could help control the tumor.
