NCT ID NCT06362616
First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study is for women aged 51 or older whose breast cancer has returned in the same breast or who have a new breast cancer in that breast. The goal is to see if giving a focused, short course of radiation before surgery is safe and effective enough to allow breast-conserving treatment again. About 31 participants will receive the radiation and then have surgery, and researchers will track side effects for up to 3 months.
