Cancer Patients' symptoms tracked remotely to improve care

Summary
This study aims to gather information from cancer patients (breast, lung, ovarian, multiple myeloma, or AML) who use a remote symptom monitoring system during their routine treatment. Participants will complete weekly surveys about their symptoms for at least 12 weeks. The goal is to build a data set that helps improve cancer care, not to test a new treatment.
