First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looked at two remote running programs for people with runner's knee (patellofemoral pain). One group increased their step rate and ran less, another only ran less, and a third group kept running as usual. The goal was to see which approach best reduced knee pain and improved function over 6 months. 52 runners participated, tracking their pain and running data online.
