Remote nutrition coaching aims to help cancer patients stay strong during treatment
NCT ID NCT06497569
Summary
This study is testing whether a remote nutrition support program can help people with stomach or esophageal cancer maintain their weight and nutritional health during cancer treatment. The program provides virtual dietitian visits and a food tracking app to 80 patients receiving chemotherapy or radiation. Researchers want to see if this approach helps prevent malnutrition and improves treatment outcomes compared to standard care.
