Summary
This study tested whether a remote monitoring platform could help people with obstructive sleep apnea stick with their CPAP machine treatment. 200 patients starting CPAP therapy were randomly assigned to receive either standard coaching or enhanced digital monitoring with weekly check-ins and automated messages. Researchers measured how consistently people used their machines over 90 days and tracked their satisfaction and sleep quality.
