Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app that remotely monitors CPAP machine use could help people with obstructive sleep apnea stick with their treatment. 200 adults starting CPAP therapy were split into two groups: one received standard coaching, and the other used the monitoring app with extra support. Researchers measured how well people used their machines over 90 days and their satisfaction with the process.
