Summary

This completed trial tested a web-based remote monitoring platform called CONTINUUM+ CONNECT in 411 adults with metastatic breast, lung, colorectal, or prostate cancer. Patients used the platform to report symptoms and receive alerts, aiming to improve their physical health and quality of life compared to standard care.
