Summary
This study tests whether a remote monitoring platform can help patients avoid readmission after colorectal surgery. About 362 adults will be randomly assigned to either 30 days of home monitoring or standard discharge care. Researchers will track hospital stays, unplanned readmissions, and recovery up to 90 days after surgery.
