Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week remote exercise program can improve quality of life for adults with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Participants will use a smartphone app to follow adapted physical activities from home. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and helps reduce fatigue, anxiety, and other symptoms.
