Summary
This study tested whether a 4-month exercise program done at home could help Hispanics/Latinos with multiple sclerosis (MS) feel better and move easier. Participants worked with coaches via video calls to do flexibility, aerobic, and resistance exercises. The goal was to see if the program improved physical function, fatigue, mood, and quality of life in this underserved community.
