Summary
This study looked at whether relaxation training can help women going through menopause feel better. It focused on reducing hot flashes, improving sleep, and increasing body awareness. 48 women aged 50-65 who were not on hormone therapy took part. The results may offer a simple, drug-free way to manage common menopause symptoms.
