NCT ID NCT07412548

First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether combining relaxation exercises with listening to a specific chapter of the Quran (Surah Ar-Rahman) can help people on kidney dialysis feel less anxious, sleep better, and improve their vital signs. 76 adults with advanced kidney disease who are on regular dialysis will take part. One group will do the relaxation and listening therapy for 6 weeks, while the other group gets standard care with music. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to improve well-being during dialysis.
