Summary
This study tested whether relaxation therapy can improve the overall well-being of people with fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread chronic pain. 80 adults were randomly assigned to either relaxation sessions or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal was to see if relaxation reduces pain and improves quality of life, without using drugs.
