Summary

This study looks at whether doing relaxation exercises before gentle neck movements can help people with long-term neck pain. Researchers will measure muscle activity in 34 adults with chronic neck pain. One group will do relaxation exercises first, the other will not. The goal is to see if relaxing beforehand reduces strain on neck muscles.
