Summary

This study looked at whether Reiki, a gentle hands-on therapy, can help elderly nursing home residents feel less pain, less tired, and sleep better. Sixty people aged 50 and older with chronic pain took part. Researchers measured sleep quality, fatigue, and pain levels before and after four weeks of Reiki sessions.
