First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked at whether Reiki, a gentle hands-on relaxation therapy, could help cancer patients manage symptoms like pain and fatigue. Ten adults with cancer who had at least three bothersome symptoms received Reiki sessions. The main goal was to see if patients would attend and find the therapy acceptable, not to prove it works.
