Summary
This study follows 100 adults admitted to a rehabilitation hospital in the Midwest of Ireland. Researchers will measure how well patients regain independence in daily activities and track their healthcare use after discharge. The goal is to understand what helps or hinders recovery, without testing any new treatment.
