Summary
This study follows 100 adults admitted to a rehabilitation hospital in Ireland to see how their ability to perform daily activities changes from admission to discharge and 6 months later. Researchers will also track healthcare use and medication issues. The goal is to better understand what helps or hinders recovery in complex patients.
