Summary
This study tested whether a personalized, standardized rehabilitation program could improve quality of life and reduce disability in people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), a disease that causes skin and joint stiffness. Researchers compared the rehab program to usual care in 220 adults. The goal was to see if exercise and therapy could help patients move better and feel better day-to-day.
