Summary
This study tested whether a personalized rehabilitation program could improve the quality of life for people with systemic sclerosis (a disease causing skin and joint stiffness). 220 adults took part, comparing the rehab program to usual care. The goal was to see if the program helps reduce disability and improve daily function.
