First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looked at different rehabilitation programs for people who had back surgery for conditions like spinal stenosis or slipped vertebrae. The goal was to see which program best reduces nerve pain, helps patients get back to daily activities, and improves quality of life. 90 adults who had back surgery for the first time were randomly assigned to different rehab groups. The results will help doctors recommend the most effective recovery plan.
