Summary
This early-stage trial tested whether adding regorafenib to the standard venetoclax and azacitidine regimen is safe and effective for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The study aimed to find the best dose and check for side effects. It was suspended, so enrollment stopped early.
